By accessing and using MealDash, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

MealDash is a meal planning and recipe management application that helps users organize their cooking and dining experiences.

• Recipe storage and organization
• Meal planning and scheduling
• Grocery list generation
• Recipe importing from websites

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

4. Subscription Services

Premium features are available through subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Premium features include unlimited recipes and advanced meal planning
• Subscriptions are managed through your app store account
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the app. By using our service, you grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall MealDash be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application.

10. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

For users who download MealDash from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
